Kulfi is the Indian ice cream without eggs. It is made by milk and flavored with almonds, saffron and pistachios. It has a slightly harder texture than regular ice cream, and contains an intense sweet and nutty flavor. They can mold into at all shape, and muffin baking pans are a superb substitute.
